7-Day Exchange Policy (No Returns)

At Byurooj, we maintain high-quality standards. Please note that we only offer exchanges and do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Exchange Your Order

To initiate an exchange, simply reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Send us your order number along with the reason for the exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item back to us for exchange, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
